My name is Katrina Cropp and creating gorgeous, timeless homes that are meant to be lived in is my passion. I design with construction, affordability, and flow in mind. Coming from a construction background I believe gives me an advantage into seeing spaces differently and while I do love designing homes I love to build them as well. Working with my family company Colony Builders has given me the edge in design, borrowing from over 80 years of construction experience while also still working on jobs sites helps keep me and my designs current using the newest construction products and techniques.
